By engaging HandyPro Services for any handyman work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and HandyPro Services (the "Company").
HandyPro Services provides general handyman and home repair services including but not limited to:
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required, materials used, and unforeseen complications. Any changes to the original estimate will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For projects over $1,000, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by others. Our liability is limited to the cost of the original work performed.
The customer agrees to:
Either party may cancel scheduled work with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Work in progress may be charged for time and materials used.
HandyPro Services is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where services are provided.
